My life's work - on a personal level - is to raise holistic health awareness, celebrate the human spirit and to regain our birthright of personal & financial freedom. I plan to do this by creating impactful and inspiring messaging with a focus on the Spiritual Journey, mental health, trauma recovery, purposeful living, metaphysics and the healing community.

I am passionate about clean eating and organic nutrition, sovereign energetic systems, movement & motivation, community support, nature as medicine and whole body wellness... from metabolic vibrancy to mental strength & resilience to building an Auric glow... I believe in human transformation at all levels.

 

For over a decade, I have been a student of advanced spiritual studies and have worked and studied under coaches & teachers ranging from the Shamanic Arts, Psychic Mediums, Energy Workers, Akashic Record Readers & Dream Walkers, QiGong/Martial Arts, Astrologers, Integrative Health Specialists, NeuroPositive Lifestyle Coaches and Holistic Health Practitioners.
